Business Development Executive

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum (based on experience) with an on-target earnings potential of £50,000 per annum through an uncapped monthly commission structure.
  • This position is entirely office-based, situated in a contemporary workspace.
  • Standard working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Employment perks include uncapped commission, a company pension plan, early finish options, various incentive programs, and complimentary parking.


Do you possess the sales enthusiasm to thrive in a business-to-business new client acquisition team?

The role entails high-volume outbound calling to promote products and services aimed at generating new business prospects. We seek an individual with determination, resilience, and high energy levels.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Engaging in a full 360-degree sales approach by identifying, acquiring, and closing your own sales opportunities.

· Overcoming objections using current market and product knowledge.

· Presenting innovative solutions that save clients time and money while minimizing their carbon footprint.

· Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients.

· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue objectives and KPIs.
