In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join our team at our head office.

In this role, you will report directly to the Management Accountant and assist our Finance department with the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Finalizing month-end reconciliations for all bank account balance sheet accounts
  • Ensuring precise journal entries
  • Delivering all essential financial reports
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Collaborating with cash allocation and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice inquiries and match payments
  • Maintaining strict compliance with bank approval controls
  • Providing assistance to Management Accountants
  • Handling other ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

To qualify for the Financial Operations Associate position, candidates should ideally possess the following:

  • Prior experience in accounting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong drive and motivation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
