Paraplanner Job Description

Hoxton Capital is a leading financial planning and wealth management firm dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive financial solutions to our clients. With offices in London, Dubai, and Geneva, we offer a global perspective and expertise to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist financial advisors in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals for clients
  • Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and services
  • Prepare and review financial reports and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact client portfolios
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Participate in client meetings and provide support to financial advisors as needed
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information
