**The Role of our Shop Managers**
As a Shop Manager at Oxfam GB, you will be responsible for leading a team of volunteers and staff to achieve commercial success and drive fundraising efforts. You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your shop's performance, with a focus on creating a safe and energized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and fundraising growth
- Lead and motivate a team of volunteers and staff to achieve commercial success
- Manage shop operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders
**Requirements**
- Significant leadership experience and skills
- Commercial awareness and judgement
- Ability to establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising
- Ability to understand and interpret basic financial reports
