Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and banking processes to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
