Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our charity shop, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a high-quality retail environment, including receiving and displaying donated goods attractively.
  • Determine pricing and plan promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the shop's existence and services, while staying competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail, Retail Support Manager, and other Shop Managers to ensure the shop remains well-staffed and secure.
