About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
- Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
