Logistics Coordinator Role

Primary Duties:
- Generate documentation for incoming and outgoing logistics processes.
- Prepare shipping paperwork for distribution and transport.

- Handle administrative responsibilities such as order processing, record keeping, and inquiries.
- Support clients with inventory assessments and stock evaluations.
- Oversee dispatches and site bookings.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Uphold security measures within the logistics environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure effective task completion.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of pertinent experience.
- Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Competence in MS Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills.
- Ability to operate independently or as part of a team.
- Highly organized with a professional attitude.
