Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to become a vital member of our team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to play a significant part in our administrative and customer service functions, ensuring the effective operation of our organization.


Core Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Responding to phone inquiries and documenting incoming requests
- Overseeing customer orders and inventory agreements
- Processing sales orders and invoices
- Delivering customer assistance, including managing inquiries and requests for documents and samples
- Handling customer statements, credit control, and sales invoice management

Sales Assistance:
- Administering CRM systems, scheduling, and visits for business growth
- Following up on potential sales opportunities
- Managing inquiries, special sourcing, quotations, and samples
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients

Account Management:
- Cultivating supplier relationships

Logistics Oversight:
- Managing import and customs processes, as well as delivery coordination

Compliance Assurance:
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations, Quality Control, and BRCGS standards

Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous but not mandatory
