Would you like to join us at an exciting multi-disciplinary Environmental consultancy practice? At CSA Environmental our consultants work in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Ecology and Heritage with offices in south and central England. This role is based at our Worcestershire office in the beautiful Deer Park in Eckington village.
**THE ROLE**
As an Administrator, you will be an enthusiastic and passionate member of a team who thrives in a busy working environment. **Main duties and responsibilities**:
- To provide support to the Ecology and Heritage teams and to assist with the smooth running of the office.
- To competently use Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook) and other software to produce/maintain documents, spreadsheets and databases.
- Data entry into and manipulation of the Sage Coretime database (project and time management system), including setting up new jobs and inputting outlays.
- To produce monthly project reports for invoicing, job reviews and maintaining in-house fee tracking system.
- Provide general office administration and assist work colleagues with tasks including the production and maintenance of documents and spreadsheets, printing, mailing and filing.
- Assist with internal audits as part of the Quality Management System.
- To manage staff training records for the Ecology team including booking courses and ensuring compliance.
- Assist with the maintenance of the company website and co-ordination of news releases to social media and LinkedIn.
- Assist with checking credit card statements and liaise with CSA finance department.
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment/office supplies.
- Manage and organise travel and accommodation bookings, primarily for the Ecology teams, as and when required.
- Maintain utilities records, including monthly meter reading and submission to utilities provider.
- Answer the telephone, take and pass on messages, alongside the other members of the administration team.

- Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years)
