Compliance Administrator

Responsible for providing administrative support for Regulatory Compliance with external Regulatory and Legal requirements, and internal Policies and Bylaws.

**DIMENSIONS**
Exercise the highest degree of discretion and professionalism, when dealing with sensitive data and information
Review compliance of project activities are aligned with applicable Business Management System(s) (BMS)
Ensure the integrity and alignment of systems data, including: Cyber Security, Management Systems, GDPR, and ERP
Support the delivery of projects, verifying regulatory compliance
Monitor governance of data and documented information transmittal, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure
Escalate concerns and identify Opportunities-For-Improvement (OFI), to implement risk mitigation
Review existing technical files in accordance with specific compliance requirements
Participate in Product, Contract, and Systems Review meetings
Contribute to the effecting management of business-critical initiatives, ensuring information integrity is reviewed and managed
Perform process verification audits, documenting findings, and perform follow-up corrective activities
Proactively contribute to the Continual Improvement programmes across the business, providing guidance as necessary
Support the QA & Compliance Team with administration of the documented Business Management System (BMS)
Promote awareness and use of the Business Management System(s), identifying opportunities for training and up-skilling
Support the Office Administration Team as holiday / absence cover and during peak load times
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
