Part Time Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Support Financial Controller manage financial records and documents
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to analyse financial information and generate reports
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

The hours to conduct this role can be flexible to suit the applicant, however the successful applicant must be able to fulfil 24 hours a week min.
