Our lovely Client based in Pershore is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to carry out the following:
**Key Role & Responsibilities**:
A fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work due to the nature of the role. You will be an important and integral part of the Warehouse team, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently, including but not limited to the following:
*Producing inbound and despatch paperwork for the warehouse operations.

*Preparing transport documentation for distribution and shipping departments.

*General administration, order creation, purchase orders, filing, queries, claims and checking costs.

*Supporting customers with stock audits and stock takes.

*Controlling inbound and outbound despatches and site bookings

*Observe health and safety standards.

*Ensure security standards are met.

*Liaising with staff and Management to ensure the above tasks are completed effectively.

**Must Have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge & experience of working in a warehouse environment previously
- Good IT skills & confident with MS Office packages
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to work as part of a team or using own initiative
- Well organised and presentable
- ‘Can do’ flexible attitude

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Must have some flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
