Position Overview

Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

Location: London - Hybrid Work Model

About the Role

Become a vital member of a high-performing M&A advisory team at Anson McCade, where you will engage with some of the most pioneering and forward-thinking organizations in the industry, particularly focusing on Private Equity and Financial Services sectors. As a Senior M&A Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance to clients navigating their most intricate mergers and acquisitions, with a specific emphasis on Technology Due Diligence.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to spearhead and manage comprehensive deal processes, encompassing everything from initial strategic planning and target selection to due diligence, negotiation, and finalization, as well as post-merger integration. You will collaborate closely with our executive leadership, crafting and delivering proposals to potential clients, while also driving business development initiatives to expand our M&A practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in a consulting or related financial environment.
  • Proven expertise in technology due diligence or a strong desire to transition into this area.
  • A demonstrated passion for the convergence of M&A, strategic planning, and technology.
  • Proficient in presenting to Executive Management and Boards of Directors with confidence.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
