Job Description:

Job Summary: A&M Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Search Consultant to join our London office. The primary focus of this role will be on the recruitment of partners and senior associates for leading law firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-caliber partners and senior associates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a perfect match with client needs. Provide career advice and market insights to candidates.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the legal industry. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
  • Interview and Hiring Process: Facilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidates. Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements. Provide post-placement support to both clients and candidates.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand A&M Search's client base. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote A&M Search's services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in legal recruitment, with a focus on partners and senior associates.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successful placements within the legal sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the legal industry and market trends. Extensive network of contacts within the legal sector.
