Key Responsibilities- Source and manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment services.
- Work closely with our senior consultants and directors to develop and implement recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of our recruitment processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 1-3 years of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
