About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Consultant in our Private Practice division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional recruitment services to our law firm clients, working closely with our senior consultants and directors to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment services.
  • Work closely with our senior consultants and directors to develop and implement recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of our recruitment processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a private practice setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
