Legal Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Legal Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our Private Practice desk, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in leading law firms.

About the Role

This is a junior Consultant position, ideal for someone with a background in legal recruitment or a related field. You will work closely with our senior Consultants to develop your skills and knowledge, and will be given the opportunity to take on your own clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and placing top talent in leading law firms
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working closely with senior Consultants to develop skills and knowledge
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Legal recruitment experience as a consultant or researcher
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A good academic record including a degree
  • A high level of professionalism
  • The ability to be proactive and take ownership
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
