Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Trespass. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Order Processing and Administration
    • Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage customer returns and exchanges
    • Update customer records and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team processes and procedures
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
    • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and team efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other software applications
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
