We are seeking a customer support specialist to join our dynamic team.

Initially, you will be required to work full-time at our designated office location for a training and integration period.

Following this phase, you will have the flexibility to adopt a hybrid working model, allowing for three days of remote work each week.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage with insurance brokers and direct clients across the UK, focusing on policy underwriting, education, and digital adoption strategies.

You will play a vital role in fostering a team culture that emphasizes speed and performance, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving financial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing any quality concerns, ensuring that consistent standards are maintained throughout the process.

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and tools for success.

About You

A genuine passion for assisting customers is essential. Your ability to listen attentively and discern their needs, while providing effective solutions with professionalism and empathy, is crucial.

While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, your attitude and approach to client interactions are paramount. Demonstrating the ability to think critically and prioritize the customer experience will position you for success at RSA.
