About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive customer journey for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake collections activities through close collaboration with customers to achieve sustainable repayment plans.
  • Conduct financial assessments and manage control arrears cases to bring customer agreements up to date.
  • Accurately record communications with customers in line with company procedures.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A strong work ethic and an ambitious attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Working Arrangements

  • 35 hours per week on a shift rotation from 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, and 12pm to 8pm.
  • 1 in 5 Saturdays required, with paid time in lieu for weekend shifts.
  • Hybrid working arrangement after successful completion of probation period.
