Position Overview

RJC Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team within the Energy Trading sector. This role is pivotal in driving our mission towards a sustainable energy future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising quantitative analysts, software developers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver innovative platforms that support front office operations, product oversight, and risk management.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including the development of a strategic product roadmap and effective backlog management.
  • Establish and track product performance indicators, addressing any areas that require attention.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a Product Management role.
  • Background in commodities within the Energy Trading domain, particularly in gas and electricity.
  • Experience collaborating with front office teams and traders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and a strong track record in product ownership.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing software solutions related to Profit & Loss, pricing, risk management, or transaction systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £110,000 - £120,000.
  • Performance-based bonus structure of 20-40%.
  • 10% pension contribution.
  • Flexible working arrangement with a hybrid model.
