The starting salary for this leadership position is £31,500, with potential growth up to £36,851 per annum, depending on experience. We recognize and reward talent, and higher starting salaries may be offered based on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management team within the locality. We seek a dynamic and innovative leader who excels at building and maintaining partnerships with essential local organizations.
Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that your team delivers high-quality services to approximately 500 clients in the region.
As you manage a team of 8-10 staff members, you will also oversee the operations within the designated service hubs. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding staff to provide top-notch services, including assessments, individualized support, group sessions, and clinical interventions. Your involvement in quality assurance will be vital in helping the service maintain its outstanding ratings.
