Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Training Coordinator within our organization. This position demands excellent communication abilities, outstanding organizational skills, and a strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate will possess experience in conducting training sessions for a varied audience, which includes both in-office and remote personnel. Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) tools is advantageous.

Primary Duties:
  • Assist in establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) aimed at improving best practices and fostering collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding training for new hires and support them throughout their adjustment period.
  • Launch an e-learning platform and guarantee its effective integration into daily educational activities.
  • Regularly update and refine content on the e-learning platform to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with the possibility of occasional evening and weekend hours based on operational needs.

Compensation: £24,000 - £26,500 per year, commensurate with experience.

Location: Hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work.
