We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Urban Fun, a brand new Family Entertainment Centre in Reading. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our customers receive a high level of service at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support our customer service team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions to improve team performance and meet departmental objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track customer service metrics and ensure that our team is meeting service standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting, are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure that our team adheres to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and supervisory roles is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also beneficial.
