Job Description

Our company, RGB Network, is a leading Building Services & Specialist Contractor with a strong presence in the UK market. We have a team of experienced professionals who work together to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our management team and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quotes, tenders, and project reports for management
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
  • Dealing with client and supplier inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
  • Updating and managing calendars, keeping diaries, and arranging appointments
  • Using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage to produce correspondence and documents
  • Devising and maintaining office systems and databases
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
  • Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
  • General day-to-day upkeep of the office

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction or building services administration
  • Proficiency in Sage or Eque2 software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
