Construction Administrator

Our company, RGB Network, is a leading Building Services & Specialist Contractor with a strong presence in the UK market. We have a team of experienced professionals who work together to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our management team and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotes, tenders, and project reports for management
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
- Dealing with client and supplier inquiries
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
- Updating and managing calendars, keeping diaries, and arranging appointments
- Using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage to produce correspondence and documents
- Devising and maintaining office systems and databases
- Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
- Organizing and sending outgoing post
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
- Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- General day-to-day upkeep of the office
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or building services administration
- Proficiency in Sage or Eque2 software
- Strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
