About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Practitioner. As a Quality Experience Officer, you will play a vital role in gathering feedback from service users and providing insights to improve the quality of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather feedback from service users through telephone calls, face-to-face interactions, and written questionnaires.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the quality of services.
- Work closely with the Quality and Contract team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service Practitioner.
Requirements
- Commitment to complete the Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
- Experience in using IT applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Awareness of safeguarding people at risk of harm.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at ease and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
- Understanding of data and ability to balance risk.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
