This is a permanent position based in Egham, Surrey, with a generous hybrid working model of 2 days a week office attendance and the remainder working remotely.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Brand & Strategy Creative Director and will be responsible for planning and executing the company's events strategy. This will involve researching and securing venues, planning and managing the global events calendar, and delivering on event marketing plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional who is keen to shape a luxury brand's in-person presence. The Events Manager will be responsible for managing the annual calendar of global in-house events, planning and managing events from start to finish, and tracking payment of invoices and shipping of promotional materials.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior-level experience in events management, be creatively minded, and able to travel globally. They will also be confident in building and presenting decks, commercially minded, and have strong administrative and organizational skills.

The salary for this position is up to \u00a370,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual calendar of global in-house events
  • Plan and manage events from start to finish according to event requirements, target audience, business objectives, and budget
  • Track payment of invoices and shipping of promotional materials
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure a detailed understanding of event requirements
  • Create briefing documents for suppliers
  • Create creative decks for internal stakeholder review and sign-off
  • Venue coordination (site visits, contract negotiation, contract management)
  • Event promotion coordination (event marketing and communications)
  • Talent liaison and contract management
