Event Manager Opportunity

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading global specialist pharmaceutical and luxury skincare company to support their search for an experienced Events Manager. This is a permanent position that will join the company's UK office based in Egham, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the company's events strategy to support their new direct to consumer luxury cosmetics brand and pharmaceutical division.
  • Research and secure venues, plan and manage the global events calendar, and deliver on event marketing plans.
  • Manage the annual calendar of global in-house events, track payment of invoices, and ship promotional materials.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure a detailed understanding of event requirements and create creative decks for review and sign-off.
  • Coordinate venue visits, contract negotiation, and contract management, as well as event promotion coordination and talent liaison.
Requirements:
  • Extensive senior-level experience in Events Management.
  • Ability to travel globally.
  • Confident presentation skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to shape a luxury brand's in-person presence. The company operates a generous hybrid working model, with 2 days a week office attendance and the remainder working remotely.
