Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at March Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a successful events schedule that drives brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an events and exhibitions plan to support the product and patient care division.
  • Prepare post-event evaluation reports and deliver rationale for future exhibiting.
  • Liaise with vendors to book venues, events stands, travel, and accommodation.
  • Support the planning and development of marketing communication materials, including customer newsletters and direct mailings.
  • Travel to events as required and be open to working additional hours on occasion.

What We Offer:

  • Approximately 30 events per year, with 50% requiring an overnight stay.
  • 25 days holiday.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to events as required.
