Hospitality Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at high-profile events and corporate meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and high-standard hospitality services, setting up, servicing, and clearing areas with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide discreet and polite service.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients, following procedures and displaying good practice at all times.
Requirements:
- Food Safety at Level 2 and Health & Safety at Level 2 certificates (or equivalent).
- Ability to read and understand company manuals and procedures.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday hours and potential for condensed shifts.
