Finance Business Partner - Development & GSF

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Norgine. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Development and Global Support Functions (GSF) expenses across multiple brands within the Norgine group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive financial support for Development and GSF expenses, including P&L management, financial planning, reporting, and business insights.
  • Oversee financial governance, liaise with Global Business Services (GBS), and drive financial targets.
  • Support compliance, provide financial analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluations, and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Track FTE and capex, and provide audit support when needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of finance experience in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced numerical, reporting, and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills working with financial IT systems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication/presentation skills in English.
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational skills, working in a cross-functional organisation matrix.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of a Pharmaceutical commercial environment from both a sales and operations aspect.
