About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Integrity Manager to join our team at Norgine. As a key member of our Business Integrity team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and promoting a culture of ethics and integrity across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with colleagues across the RCU to ensure compliance with all healthcare-related rules, regulations, and practices.
  • Develop and implement compliance processes, initiatives, and training programs to enhance operational integrity and the ethical mindset of colleagues.
  • Ensure colleagues know where to seek help and advice on correct business behavior.
  • Contribute to global written policies and procedures and lead local implementation to ensure compliance.
  • Support compliance monitoring, controls, and audits.
  • Document local ethical incidents and steps taken to address them.
  • Support line management in integrity risk-management processes.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to think critically and develop plans to address complex issues.
  • Capacity to deal with planning and scoping of activity in uncertain environments.
  • Clear and accurate written and spoken English.
Desirable Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Training and experience in applicable Codes of Practice and compliance or legal experience.
  • Involvement in an inspection related to healthcare compliance or regulatory experience.
