About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Integrity Manager to join our team at Norgine. As a key member of our Business Integrity team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company acts with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Coordinate local implementation of compliance processes, initiatives, and training programs.
  • Ensure that colleagues understand the importance of ethics and compliance in their daily work.
  • Support and conduct compliance monitoring, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Document and report local ethical incidents and deviations.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop plans to address complex issues.
  • Experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Training and experience in applicable codes of practice and regulations.
