We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our Quality, Safety & Improvement directorate. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Efficient management of high-level diaries.
- Organizing meetings and events.
- Preparing and processing documentation and orders.
- Coordinating meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes.
- Managing action items and follow-ups effectively.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Key attributes include:
- A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
