We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Night Guest Service Assistant at Aloft Aberdeen TECA. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, working a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and Guest Service Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, including guest service, reception, and night audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage guest interactions, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to hotel standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
