The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Marketing Manager to join our team at Trilitech. As a key member of our Growth and Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Web3 products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Web3 products, including social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and partners in the Web3 space.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Coordinate with the community management team to engage with users and gather feedback.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns in the tech industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and community management.
  • Ability to create and manage engaging content.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key influencers and partners in the Web3 space.
