Business Development Manager

Frasca Web3 Studio is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by identifying new partnership opportunities, building client relationships, and executing outreach strategies.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage with prospective clients and collaborators
  • Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and other business documents
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and clients to ensure their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, remote working environment
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn and CRMs for networking and relationship management
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in the crypto or blockchain sector
  • Experience working with Web3 communities and projects
