About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our HR team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including:

  • Onboarding of new employees: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR and Recruitment Inbox Management: Manage the HR and Recruitment inbox, responding to queries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Administrative tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience: Ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
