Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the PM shift in a busy Savers Distribution Centre, working closely with the Shift Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Performance Management: You'll be responsible for coaching and developing team members to hit their performance targets, providing first-line support and guidance to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Operational Management: You'll be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reviewing report data to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Initiative Support: You'll work closely with the Shift Manager to support new initiatives and overall shift management duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Health and Safety: You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day Health and Safety obligations in a busy warehouse, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all team members.
  • Supply Chain Management: You'll be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods to stores, managing the CSLs (Customer Service Levels) to ensure that stores receive their goods on time.
