Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our Distribution Centre team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the PM shift in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Ensure team members are coached and developed to meet performance targets.
  • First-Line Support: Provide support to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Performance Management: Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review report data to drive business improvement.
  • Shift Management: Support the Shift Manager with new initiatives and overall shift management duties.
