About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Fundraising team as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the charity's corporate partnerships programme, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify, cultivate, and engage with corporate partners to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Major Giving and Events Manager to develop and deliver bespoke proposals, events, and other fundraising activities to engage with corporate partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Work closely with the RNRMC team to ensure alignment with the charity's overall fundraising strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising or a similar role, with a strong track record of securing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the charity sector and the ability to understand the needs and goals of RNRMC.
