About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Fundraising team as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the charity's corporate partnerships programme, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify, cultivate, and engage with corporate partners to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Major Giving and Events Manager to deliver a range of fundraising activities, including events, proposals, and other initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to build a pipeline of potential partners.
- Work closely with the RNRMC team to ensure alignment with the charity's overall strategy and goals.

RNRMC is the Navy's principal charity, dedicated to supporting sailors, marines, and their families for life. We work tirelessly to deliver programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries, and we rely on the support of our corporate partners to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at a senior level.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
