Channel Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Channel Account Manager to join our dynamic Partnership team at Loadbalancer Ltd. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our channel partner network across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow regional partner accounts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and develop training programs and incentives.
- Communicate regularly with partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies, objectives, and growth targets.
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans, setting mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped to meet and exceed performance objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in channel sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with experience in account management and achieving commercial targets.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
