Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing lasting relationships with our Channel and Technology partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage our global partner network.
  • Recruit and network with partners to expand our partnerships.
  • Lead partner onboarding processes and strategic planning.
  • Conduct sales enablement training to ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
  • Work closely with Distributors and Resellers to develop a world-class Channel Program.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment and resource availability.
  • Report to the Head of Strategy and share insights with the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within the IT industry).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately once per month).
  • Experience in channel account management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
