Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and creativity, with a vision to seize sales opportunities.
  • Commit to nurturing and developing the team.
  • Ensure an outstanding experience for our guests, guaranteeing that the highest standards of customer service are upheld by the team.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service and lead by example.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including breakfast, lunch, dinner service, room service, and catering for larger events.
  • Manage the food and beverage budget, considering occupancy, departmental expenses, and staff scheduling.
  • Handle recruitment and staff training.
  • Plan schedules and holidays based on business demands, ensuring high service standards during peak times while optimizing costs during quieter periods.
  • Foster a team environment that promotes employee morale and ensures commitment, engagement, and pride within the department and hotel.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all team members are equipped to deliver excellent food and beverage service.
  • Embark on a structured learning journey from day one, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor who possesses:

  • Management experience in the food and beverage service industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including stock management, cellar oversight, and customer service.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team of supervisors and assistants in service delivery.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
