In the dedicated Culinary and Service department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in a diverse role across bar, restaurant, conference, and room service.
  • Welcoming guests with a friendly greeting and a warm smile.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to foster guest loyalty.
  • Gaining familiarity with our menu offerings and food and beverage standards.
  • Receiving comprehensive 'on-the-job' training in food and beverage service.

On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Culinary and Service Associate. We are looking for candidates who:
