About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and back-of-house facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of exceptional food service standards and maintain immaculate kitchen and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure the kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant stores, corridors, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
- Use cleaning agents and equipment within the perimeters of COSHH Legislation.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of food.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
- Ability to use initiative and be self-aware, evaluating your own work.
- Customer service attitude and ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional food safety standards.
