As a Kitchen Porter at Apex Hotels, you will be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and back of house areas.
You will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food safety and health and safety standards. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing a great experience for our guests.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will be part of a close-knit family that genuinely cares about our guests and each other. We believe in recruiting individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and we will provide you with the training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant stores are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
- Use cleaning agents and equipment within the perimeters of COSHH Legislation.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of food.
