Pastoral Lead/Attendance Officer

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our small and friendly team as a Pastoral Lead, providing and coordinating emotional support for our pupils and having oversight for school attendance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the emotional needs of pupils, enabling them to access all curriculum areas and make good progress.
  • Work alongside key school staff as Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families.
  • Provide emotional support and coordination for pupils, including leading on Early Help.
