Pastoral Lead and Attendance Officer

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our small and friendly team as a Pastoral Lead, providing and coordinating emotional support for our pupils and having oversight for school attendance matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our happy and successful school, supporting the emotional needs of pupils and enabling them to access all curriculum areas and make good progress.

This support may be provided by the individual or may be sought from external agencies, including leading on Early Help.

The successful candidate will also work alongside key school staff as Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families.
